Point of Use - AirfusesAir Fuses protect against injury to personnel and damage to equipment which could occur following the sudden uncontrolled discharge of air from a compressed air system.An air fuse would automatically cut off the air supply to the immediate area where a break has occurred. For example, it is recommended that an air fuse should be installed before a length of air hose to prevent the hose "whipping" around a production area should it have been accidentally severed. |
